The company
Our client is a cooperative that has been operating in the sector of services to people, managing complex projects and tenders in collaboration with public entities, foundations, and Third Sector partners. To strengthen the administrative area, we are looking for a figure dedicated to managing economic tenders and project accounting.

The Role

The resource will have the responsibility of ensuring effective administrative management of services and projects, presiding over budgeting processes and providing analytical support to the Direction and Coordinators. It is a key role to ensure economic sustainability, cost control, and documentary compliance.

Main Responsibilities

1. Administrative Management of Tenders

  • Gathering, verifying, and registering administrative data for tenders (attendance, operator hours, variable costs, purchases).
  • Documentary control of contracts and conventions.
  • Support to coordinators in interpreting economic-administrative aspects.

2. Budgeting and Economic Control

  • Preparation of economic budgets for services in collaboration with the coordination.
  • Definition of standard costs and economic needs.
  • Periodic updating of budgets based on service evolution and detected deviations.

3. Project Accounting

  • Gathering and validation of justifications according to guidelines from financiers (Region, Municipalities, Foundations, PNRR).
  • Preparation of economic and technical accounting reports.
  • Interface with public entities and partners for requests, revisions, and clarifications.

4. Support to the Direction and Area Managers

  • Presentation of dashboards and reports for monitoring service economics.
  • Comparative analysis between cost centers and projects.
  • Support to coordinators in controlling hours/forecasting.
  • Participation in planning new services, evaluating their economic sustainability.

Requirements

  • Degree or Bachelor's degree in an economic, administrative, or management area.
  • Good knowledge of administrative logics and data accounting (no financial statement supervision required).
  • Skills in preparing economic budgets and project accounting reports.
  • Excellent use of Excel and main administrative software.
  • Prior experience in social cooperatives or the Third Sector is preferred.
  • Appreciated, but not essential, knowledge of ERP systems and public financing mechanisms.

Success Indicators (KPI)
  • Reduction of errors and cycle times in administrative processes.
  • Total documentary compliance with financiers' guidelines.
  • Efficacy of analytical support provided to the Direction and Coordinators.
