Shape the financial future of a traditional production site. As a Controller, you will take on a central role at the Radolfzell location and be responsible for a broad spectrum of controlling tasks - from monthly closing accounts to cost center analysis, business projects, and system optimizations in SAP. You will be the point of contact for economic questions and support the site leadership as a reliable point of contact.

Aufgaben

• Site controlling: You have production costs in mind, check the application of calculation variants, and support in evaluating inventory and manufacturing costs
• Monthly and quarterly closings: You are responsible for timely preparation, analysis, and commenting on monthly and quarterly results, and ensure financial transparency at the site
• Cost center and result accounting: You oversee the cost centers within your area of responsibility, analyze deviations, recognize business patterns, and derive recommendations from them
• Budgeting & Forecasting: You work on creating annual budgets and forecasts and ensure close coordination with departmental teams
• Ad-hoc analyses & reporting: You conduct independent business analyses, create reports for management and departmental teams, and contribute to the further development of controlling instruments
• System and process optimization: You support the maintenance and further development of SAP CO and BI tools and actively work on implementing corporate guidelines
• Business partnering: You stand as a competent point of contact for internal stakeholders (production, logistics, and other departmental teams) and accompany business decisions with well-founded analyses

Qualifikation

• Degree: You hold a completed degree in the field of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in controlling: You bring several years of experience in controlling - ideally from a production environment
• Specialized knowledge: You have in-depth knowledge of cost center accounting, calculation, and inventory evaluation
• System competence: You are confident in handling SAP (particularly CO module) and have very good Excel skills
• Analytical strength: You possess a strong affinity for numbers, recognize economic relationships, and work structuredly
• Communication ability: You can clearly present complex issues and enjoy working with different departments
• Work style and personality: You work independently, reliably, and solution-oriented - taking responsibility is second nature to you
