Description of the post
- Take charge of the entire accounting and administrative process of the company (including payrolls, accounts payable and receivable) ;
- Maintain positive relationships with internal and external clients, and ensure prompt responses to their requests;
- Repair various operational reports ;
- Initiate and maintain the annual budget process, quarterly and monthly forecasts ;
- Prepare financial information for internal and external audits ;
- Establish action plans to achieve financial objectives ;
- Ensure completion of departmental reports required and compilation of end-of-month reports.
