Manpower. Perform rigorous and systematic controls of watch components purchased to ensure their quality and manage corresponding flows in accordance with requirements for pace, deadline, and safety. Control products (watch components or small/large components) according to the control range and criteria defined and highlight any potential defects - Carry out different aesthetic and/or functional tests on parts using adapted tools and according to established control ranges or available plans - Pronounce decisions on acceptance, refusal, downgrading, or destruction in accordance with the company's policy. In case of non-conformity, diagnose the necessary interventions and return defective parts for correction or repair. Ensure product management information - Receive products and enter data into current information systems - Record test results in the system - Follow up on defective parts. Ensure reporting of activity - Collect quality data and share it with teams, the quality assurance technician at the site, and their supervisor - Capitalize on experience feedback. Participate in continuous improvement of working environment - Make proposals for improving quality (control range, defect panels, definition plans). Profile: - Technical training (TQ1 desired) - Experience in quality control - Mastery of plan reading required - Good knowledge of products and usual measurement instruments, including 3D - Mastery of computer tools, SAP - Judgment capacity - Observation and attention to detail sense - Rigor - Reactivity and resistance to stress.
