Could you be our full-time Financial Controller Project H/F in Belfort?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and leverage your expertise in industrial and financial management control in a dynamic and stimulating environment. You will work with a collaborative, rigorous, and results-oriented team, and you will play a key role in supervising and optimizing the financial aspects of strategic projects.

You will work closely with project teams (project managers, site partner controllers, reporting teams), pilot periodic financial reviews, and ensure that financial processes are robust and compliant.

You will be particularly responsible for analyzing costs, consolidating financial data from projects, and managing risks and opportunities, as well as anticipating deviations and proposing action plans. We will count on you to:

  • Participate actively in the global project management process alongside project managers.

  • Supervise and optimize financial aspects (costs, treasury, risks, and opportunities) of projects.

  • Prepare and present monthly and semi-annual project reviews.

  • Ensure the consolidation of financial data from projects, integrating contributions from partner sites.

  • Provide robust cost analyses, stabilize forecasts, and pilot income statements.

  • Analyze financial discrepancies, anticipate deviations, and propose concrete action plans.

  • Ensure the follow-up of stocks and average weighted costs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with financial processes and internal controls.

Your profile

We place more importance on passion and attitude than experience. That's why we don't expect you to have all the skills. We've drawn up a list of those that, in our opinion, will help you succeed and thrive in this role:

  • Masters degree in Management Control, CCA, business school or engineering school.

  • Professional experience of at least 5 years in industrial management control, ideally in a project management environment.

  • Excellent mastery of computer tools, particularly Excel, and good knowledge of SAP.

  • In-depth knowledge of the industrial environment and solid skills in cost analysis and associated accounting movements.

  • Capacity to synthesize information and strong analytical spirit.

  • Excellent communication skills, curiosity, and adaptability.

  • Taking the initiative and ability to convince.

  • Good mastery of English, both in writing and speaking.

You'll appreciate Join us for a new life experience - the railway sector is a future-oriented industry, where you can develop and acquire new skills and experiences throughout your career. You will also:

  • Benefit from stability, challenges, and a long-term career without daily routine.

  • Work with passionate and committed teams in an innovative environment.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and qualified colleagues.

  • Contribute to international projects of significant impact.

  • Use our flexible work environment to achieve your professional and personal goals.

  • Orient your career in the direction you choose through functions and countries.

  • Benefit from our investment in your development, through prime learning programs.

  • Progress towards leadership or expertise roles according to your aspirations.

  • Benefit from a fair and dynamic remuneration system that recognizes your performance and potential, as well as comprehensive and competitive social coverage (life insurance, health insurance, pension).

You don't need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you get on one of our trains with friends or family, you'll be proud. If you're ready to take on the challenge, we'd love to meet you!
