Controller of Management (m/f/x)

Within the Finance department, you play a key role in managing the site's economic pilot. As a true partner to operational, commercial, and financial teams, you analyze, clarify, and translate economic data into useful information to support decision-making.

The various missions within the service

• Develop the site budget in collaboration with industrial and support services managers.
• FOLLOW, ANALYZE, AND EXPLAIN INDUSTRIAL AND FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE INDICATORS.
• PREPARE EBITDA and cash forecasts in collaboration with the site CFO.
• Accompany sector leaders in their decision-making process.
• CALCULATE AND ANALYZE MARGINS AT ORDER RECORDING
• Establish specific quotes upon request from the commercial service
• ENSURE THE COHERENCE OF COST MODELS AND THEIR REGULAR UPDATE.
• SERVE AS A GUARANTEE FOR STOCK VALUATION.
• PROMOTE CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT, DIGITALIZATION, AND AUTOMATION PROJECTS
• CONSTITUTE DIFFERENT ANTIDUMPING FILES: COLLECT DATA, ANALYZE, COHERENCE OF NUMERIC ELEMENTS, VERIFICATION OF DETAILS REQUESTED BY AUTHORITIES.
• Establish the calculation of transfer prices for intra-group services and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory rules.
• CONTRIBUTE TO THE RESPECT OF GROUP INTERNAL CONTROL REQUIREMENTS (SOX). SET UP, FOLLOW, AND DOCUMENT NECESSARY CONTROLS.
• PREPARE AND ACCOMPANY FINANCIAL AND OPERATIONAL AUDITS. PROVIDE RELIABLE, DOCUMENTED, AND CONTROLLED INFORMATION.

Your profile

• You hold a master's degree in management, finance, economics, or equivalent.
• You justify solid experience in management control, ideally acquired in an industrial production environment.
• You understand cost logic and industrial mechanisms.
• You are comfortable with computer systems: you master the Office suite and knowledge of SAP FI-CO-MM is an asset. You also demonstrate a genuine interest in automating and digitalizing processes.
• Rigour, reliability, and attention to detail are part of your working style. You enjoy analyzing, synthesizing, and giving meaning to numbers to support decision-making.
• Flexible, you know how to manage multiple subjects simultaneously without losing focus. You keep your calm in a dynamic environment and prioritize when the stakes require it.
• You have a minimum B2 level of English, allowing you to exchange easily within an international group context.
