Financial Management Controller - Company near Charleroi

An international industrial group active in technical services is seeking an experienced Business Controller near Charleroi. The organization is evolving in a rapidly growing environment, with activities in Belgium and internationally. The context is entrepreneurial, demanding, and constantly evolving, offering a wide exposure to operations and decision-makers. Reporting to the controlling manager and working closely with another senior Business Controller, you will play a key role as a financial partner to the business. Initially, your mission will be primarily operational, with progressive skill development towards autonomous project management and financial reporting. Act as a Business Partner to operational teams and project managers Collaborate closely with site management for financial steering and performance monitoring Participate in financial project management: cost tracking, margins, provisions, and commitments Validate and analyze purchase orders, hours worked by project, and billing elements Produce and analyze financial and operational KPIs Prepare and present financial results to management and internal stakeholders Contribute to improving financial processes in a structuring environment Work primarily on Excel for data consolidation and analysis Minimum 10 years of experience in controlling and operational finance Ability to quickly become operational in a complex and non-standardized environment At ease in industrial or project management contexts Excellent analytical skills and strong autonomy Very good mastery of Excel (central tool for steering) Experience with an ERP (SAP or equivalent); ability to evolve in a heterogeneous IT environment Proficient in French, professional English (meetings and occasional exchanges), Dutch is an asset, not essential Your personality Flexible and reactive to unexpected events Resourceful and solution-oriented Curious, proactively seeking information Comfortable in a demanding environment in terms of deadlines and deliverables Able to collaborate...
