Control Room Technician

Apprentice Human Resources Manager at ERREVI AUTOMATION Who are we looking for? An IT Expert or Junior Software Engineer to be included in our After-Sales Assistance department. The resource will actively participate in customer assistance activities and continuous improvement on the tested systems, in an environment where teamwork and mutual support are the key to our success. The resource will initially be supported by the team, in order to receive training on our products and on the intervention and troubleshooting methods. The main tasks will be: Customer support via phone and remote connection; Support and maintenance of the machines installed at the customer's site; Technical documentation and reporting.
