Get the context to develop yourself, being responsible for:

• managing and monitoring in real-time public charging station networks on the backend platform, both from the company's public network and for stations sold to private clients;

• implementing software and firmware updates at managed charging stations;

• integrating new or acquired charging stations into the backend platform;

• taking over and providing a quick response to technical incidents reported by field teams or automated systems;

• constantly monitoring performance indicators and preparing periodic reports on network operation efficiency;

• implementing continuous improvement measures based on collected data;

• preparing reports and analyses related to electric mobility projects;

• providing support for corrective maintenance interventions of a software/IT nature, ensuring that defects are quickly and efficiently resolved to minimize downtime;

• providing support to the maintenance department for monitoring and allocating necessary resources;

• providing technical assistance to other departments within the company and direct clients regarding electric mobility projects;

• ensuring internal support for preparing documents and positioning strategic agreements with third parties (e.g., technical documentation, memoranda, operational agreements);

• collaborating with suppliers and partners to ensure the implementation of software/firmware solutions according to equipment manufacturers' guidelines.
