As our Control Room Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling the flow of materials, equipment, and personnel within the facility, ensuring compliance with established procedures and protocols. Your duties will include but not limited to: • Monitoring and controlling the flow of materials, equipment, and personnel within the facility; • Ensuring compliance with established procedures and protocols; • Maintaining accurate records and reports; • Identifying and reporting any potential safety hazards or incidents; • Collaborating with other departments to ensure a smooth operation; • Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge. We are looking for individuals who possess the following qualifications and characteristics: • High school diploma or equivalent required; • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or related field preferred; • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Familiarity with safety procedures and protocols is an asset.
