Control Room Operator - Water Treatment Plant

Adecco Italia For a leading company in the industrial water treatment plants sector, we are looking for a Control Room Operator. The resource will be responsible for monitoring - both remotely and on-site - plant parameters, supporting operational activities in the field, and collaborating with maintenance technicians to ensure full system efficiency. Among your main responsibilities will be: - Daily monitoring of the operational status of the plants and verification of any anomalies; - Support for the execution of maintenance operations and troubleshooting of malfunctions; - Collaboration with the maintenance team to identify and implement corrective actions; - Participation in the development of procedures and documentation related to the control room; - Continuous training and updating on new technologies and systems. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, experience in the field of industrial automation, and knowledge of SCADA systems.
