Internal Control

Objective of the position: Drive, implement, and improve the internal control framework (COSO) in a global organization, ensuring solid processes, effective communication, and compliance in all operations. Responsibilities: Implement and provide support to the internal control framework (COSO) at the global level. Manage the register and documentation of controls. Collaborate with the Internal Control Manager and owners of controls to mitigate risks. Develop control tests and assess their effectiveness. Develop and maintain a risk-based approach to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Ensure that all processes are aligned with the organization's strategic objectives. Provide training and guidance to employees on internal control best practices. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of internal controls. Identify and address gaps in internal controls. Collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance with audit requirements. Develop and maintain a comprehensive risk management framework. Ensure that all risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated. Provide support to the organization's leadership team on internal control matters. Develop and maintain a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
