We’re looking for a proactive and resilient Control Centre Supervisor to join our operations team and help ensure safe, reliable, and customer-focused service delivery across our network. This is a fast-paced, real-time operations role where your decisions directly impact service performance, safety, and customer experience. About the role As a Control Centre Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our control centre, ensuring that all aspects of our services are running smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with our dispatch team to manage the movement of vehicles and ensure that our customers receive the best possible service. Key responsibilities include: • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the control centre, ensuring that all aspects of our services are running smoothly and efficiently. • Working closely with our dispatch team to manage the movement of vehicles and ensure that our customers receive the best possible service. • Providing support and guidance to our control centre staff, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge. • Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. • Collaborating with other departments within Ritchies to ensure that our services are aligned with our overall business objectives. • Maintaining accurate records and reports, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and compliant with relevant regulations. • Participating in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices. • Working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required.
