Job Description This position combines technical responsibilities and team coordination. During the seasonal campaign, the function temporarily evolves into a Mechanical Foreman in continuous production, which allows you to be at the heart of the production process. Your responsibilities: • Supervise mechanical maintenance of the machine park and ensure equipment reliability • Organize interventions, distribute tasks, and control the quality of work performed • Ensure the smooth running of production by coordinating with other departments • Participate in the development of new processes and procedures • Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflows and improve productivity • Analyze and resolve technical problems that may arise during production • Provide guidance and training to team members as needed • Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment maintenance • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of a positive and productive work environment.
