Job description
For one of our clients active in the field of Large Construction - Civil Engineering in the Romand region of Valais, we are looking for an experienced Foreman. FOREMAN JOB DESCRIPTION Your responsibilities Organization, planning and supervision of building and civil engineering site Encapsulation of team leaders and on-site teams Technical, qualitative and financial monitoring of work Coordination with site managers, engineers and main contractors Reading, analysis and interpretation of plans and specifications Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards Managing and coordinating the work of subcontractors and suppliers Identifying and resolving potential problems and conflicts Ensuring timely completion of projects and meeting deadlines Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.
