Join a dynamic company where your expertise will be valued and where each project is a new challenge! 100% CDI Master Craftsman (H/F/D) Responsibilities - Identify, manage, and report non-conformities, modifications, additional performances, and customer complaints - Supervise construction site teams, assign tasks, monitor execution, and accompany apprentice training - Manage construction site organization: prepare work, supply materials, manage locations, and track deliveries - Participate in construction meetings and ensure plan updates, planning, and necessary documents for project success - Ensure daily planning, coordination, and monitoring of works, while respecting deadlines, quality, and safety guidelines - Ensure respect for internal procedures, environmental protection, proper material use, and a positive company image - Write daily, weekly, and regulatory reports, as well as metrics and other administrative documents related to construction progress - Regularly communicate with the superior, site technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth information flow Profile - Federal Master Craftsman certificate - Confirmed experience of over 10 years in the field - Strong organizational sense, rigor, and ability to manage priorities under pressure - Excellent relational skills: interpersonal skills, assertiveness, and ability to persuade - Task-oriented management with ability to lead, motivate, and manage conflicts within teams - Strong adaptability, initiative, and solid decision-making power - Mastery of written communication and ability to convey information clearly and structuredly Benefits - Attractive remuneration adapted to your experience - Stable CDI position with motivating responsibilities - Stimulating work environment with varied and enriching projects - Start date: to be agreed Information Contact Please apply directly online.
