Controller

Job Objective:

Ensure the reliability and accuracy of financial information for decision-making, contributing to good operational practices by monitoring KPIs, guaranteeing internal controls to prevent fraud risks and optimize resources, as well as overseeing the application of group policies.

Job Requirements

EDUCATION:

• Degree in Business Administration or Accounting. (Degree)

LANGUAGE:

• Intermediate English

KNOWLEDGE:

• Accounting and Financial Information Standards
• PNL, Forecast, inventories, internal controls, compliance
• SAP

EXPERIENCE:

• 5 years in a similar role
• people management

COMPETENCIES:

• Proactivity
• Sense of urgency
• Results-oriented

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the plant's cash flow, controlling revenue and expenditure cycles.
• Analyze profitability.
• Monitor indicators, as well as their reconciliation against budgets and objectives.
• Prepare and monitor the financial budget based on the authorized operating budget.
• Validate inventories at the plant and external warehouses monthly, as well as monitor obsolete inventory according to policy.
• Verify that group policies and procedures are complied with.
• Compliance with SOX Controls
