Contracts Manager (Interiors)

Construction and Technical Recruitment (CTR) are seeking an experienced Construction Contracts Manager to join a great team, managing exciting interiors projects throughout the Waikato region. If you have a strong background in project management and a solid commercial (QS) understanding of the construction industry, this could be the perfect role for you. Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple interiors projects ranging from $500k to $4 million. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Project Managers, Estimators, and Quantity Surveyors. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary. Key Requirements: Proven experience in construction contracts management, preferably within the interiors sector. Strong understanding of commercial (QS) principles and practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field. Professional certifications such as RICS or CIOB are desirable. Benefits: Competitive salary package.
