Contracts Manager - Clothing Retail Industry

Hire Resolve's client is currently seeking a Contracts Manager to join their team in the Clothing Retail Industry. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing all contracts related to our suppliers, vendors, and service providers. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract management within the retail industry, strong negotiation skills, and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities: Manage all contracts with suppliers, vendors, and service providers Review and negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and service providers Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and company policies Develop and maintain contract management processes and procedures Monitor contract performance and identify areas for improvement Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and service providers Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contract terms align with business needs Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in contract management Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or a related field Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or similar role within the retail industry Strong understanding of contract law and principles Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze complex contracts and identify potential risks and opportunities Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Benefits: Competitive salary Health insurance Paid time off Professional development opportunities
