Job description

Responsibilities: Manage the entire contracts lifecycle, including contract drafting, negotiation, and administration. Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions. Monitor contract performance and take necessary actions to address any issues. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement contract management strategies. Review and analyze contract terms and conditions to identify potential risks and propose mitigation measures. Provide guidance and support to project teams on contract-related matters. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful contract execution. Identify and capitalize on business opportunities through effective contract negotiation and administration. Analyze and interpret contractual data to inform strategic decision-making. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
