About the role Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to support a large-scale digital government programme focused on electronic invoicing and the digitalisation of public procurement processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of experts in planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline management. Key responsibilities include: * Developing and maintaining project plans, budgets, and timelines; * Coordinating and controlling project activities to ensure timely completion; * Identifying and mitigating risks and issues; * Ensuring effective communication with stakeholders; * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, engineering); * At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry; * Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget; * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; * Ability to work independently and as part of a team; * Fluency in English (written and spoken); * Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana).
