Contracts & Facilities Business Partner

At Kubota Australia and Kubota New Zealand, we distribute and provide after sales support for high value, exceptional quality agricultural and construction machinery, equipment and products. We have a team of around 230 across Australia and New Zealand. In your new role as a Contracts & Facilities Business Partner, you will support Kubota's people and Culture operations across Australia and New Zealand by undertaking generalist duties focusing on contract management and facilities. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the People and Culture team, including but not limited to, contract management, facilities management, and other generalist duties. The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. The role will also involve providing support to the facilities team, including but not limited to, coordinating maintenance and repairs, managing facilities budgets, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
