Contracts and Economic Competition Manager (TEMPORAL)

-POSICIÓN TEMPORAL 5 MESES- Role Objective Provide legal advice on competition law and contracts, ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations. This role is key to mitigating legal risks, strengthening contractual processes, and ensuring adherence to current laws across all business operations. Key Responsibilities • Provide legal advice on competition law, corporate law, and contracts. • Draft, review, and negotiate civil and commercial agreements (services, purchases, and other transactions) with third parties, including but not limited to: suppliers, customers, partners, and collaborators. • Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations in the development of contractual processes and agreements. • Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with business objectives and strategies. • Provide training and support to employees on contractual processes and agreements. • Monitor and analyze legal risks and trends related to competition law and contracts. • Develop and implement procedures for managing contractual processes and agreements. • Ensure compliance with current laws, regulations, and industry standards in all business operations. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure adherence to current laws across all business operations. • Provide recommendations on contractual processes and agreements to mitigate legal risks and strengthen contractual relationships.
