Join TEN Recruitment as we partner with a well-established WA builder/developer seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator for upcoming commercial developments south of the river. This role suits someone who wants long-term stability, solid project exposure, and a clear step up into a Senior CA role.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage head contracts and subcontract agreements from pre-start to completion.
- Prepare and process variations, progress claims, and procurement documentation.
- Track budgets, monitor project costs, and support financial reporting.
- Assist Project Managers and Site Teams to maintain smooth, timely delivery.
- Communicate clearly with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Experience as a Contracts Administrator in the WA construction industry.
- Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, cost control, and compliance.
- Excellent detail orientation and organisation skills.
- Confident communicator with a collaborative approach.
- Perth-based with full Australian working rights.
- $150K–$170K + Super (experience based)
- Clear pathway to Senior Contracts Administrator
- Long-term security within a reputable developer/builder
- South of River project base – minimise travel
- Supportive team with strong systems and experienced leadership
