We deliver reliable safety products and services nationwide. We are now looking for a Contracts Administrator to join our Wellington team. What you will do: * As the Contracts Administrator you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our project team. * You will maintain the project’s documentation, ensuring that all contractual and project related information is accurately recorded and readily available. * You will assist with the preparation of contractual correspondence, including variations, claims and other project-related documentation. * You will work closely with Project Managers and other team members to ensure efficient and effective project administration. How you will do it: * Maintain and manage project documentation, including contracts, variations, and other project-related records. * Assist with the preparation of contractual correspondence. * Prepare and maintain project registers. * Support the project team in administrative tasks. * Collaborate with project managers and other team members. * Ensure compliance with contractual obligations. * Assist with claims management. * Ensure all project documentation is accurately filed and readily accessible. What we look for: * Proven experience in an administrative role. * Experience within the construction or related industry is desirable. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel. * Excellent organisational and time management skills. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. * A relevant qualification is advantageous.
