£29,000 - £32,000 DOE
We are seeking a motivated Administration Assistant to support the Branch Manager and Surveying Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional, friendly business that values its people and provides clear opportunities for growth.
Experience & Skills
Essential:
Minimum 2 years administration experience
Strong IT skills, with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding attention to detail
Self-motivated and able to use own initiative
Desired:
Experience in the construction industry
Familiarity with The Electronic Management System (TEAMS) software
NVQ in Business Administration
Main Duties
Provide administration support to the surveying team
Schedule appointments for surveyors and analysts
Produce survey reports and floor plans using TEAMS software
Handle calls, emails, bookings, and general office tasks
Work independently and as part of a team
