Your Role
- Manage head contracts and subcontracts from award to close-out
- Prepare variations, progress claims, RFQs, and procurement documentation
- Assist with cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams
- Support negotiations and ensure ongoing contract compliance
- Previous experience as a Contracts Administrator in commercial construction
- Sound understanding of WA contracts, procurement processes, and cost control
- Well-organised, commercially focused, and detail-driven
- Clear communicator who works well within structured teams
- Perth-based with full Australian working rights
- $140K–$170K + Super
- True 9-day fortnight supporting real work-life balance
- Perth metro projects only — no FIFO
- Stable Tier 2 builder with strong leadership and systems
