Do you want to make an impact on something truly essential? Clean and reliable drinking water. As a Contract Manager, you play an important role in the projects that make our infrastructure future-proof. You ensure that agreements not only look good on paper but also work in practice.

What will you do?

You know better than anyone how important framework agreements are. With your experience, you ensure their optimal functioning and further development. You:

• Work from a relational collaboration. You have a keen sense of what is needed to maintain good collaboration, without losing focus on agreements and results

• Actively participate in projects initiated under the framework agreement and act as the point of contact for the project team

• Advise project teams on suitable contract and collaboration models

• Act as the author and director of contract documents

• Monitor frameworks and agreements, both during the design phase and realization

• Identify and address structural opportunities and ensure sustainable improvements

• Contribute to market and procurement strategies together with the procurement department

About the team -Market and Collaboration-

The team consists of several contract managers, senior contract managers, and contract administrators. Together, we provide expertise in contract and supplier management across various sectors.

What do you bring?

You are a strong conversationalist who combines contractual knowledge with a sense for collaboration. Furthermore, you have:

• HBO+ (Higher Professional Education) work and thinking level

• Demonstrable experience with building team agreements

• Thorough knowledge of UAV and UAV-GC contracts

• The ability to align role and behavior with the contract form

• A proactive and connective working style

What do we offer?

For this position, you can count on the following employment conditions (based on 40 hours per week):

• Up to € 6,499.00 gross per month (scale 11, according to CAO Waterbedrijven).

• Flexible Employment Conditions Budget (FAB) of 16.51% on top of your salary. This budget includes your holiday allowance and year-end bonus, among other things

• 31.5 vacation days

• Opportunities for flexible working, from home and at Vitens offices in Zwolle, Leeuwarden, Arnhem, and Utrecht, among others. Your place of employment is negotiable
