Contract Specialist, SEA, ANZ & Taiwan

Key Responsibilities: Conduct contract negotiations with suppliers. Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including but not limited to, supply agreements, service agreements, and confidentiality agreements. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., legal, finance, procurement) to ensure contract terms align with business needs. Manage and maintain contract documentation and records. Provide contract-related support and guidance to internal stakeholders. Monitor contract performance and identify potential risks. Develop and implement contract management best practices. Stay up-to-date on relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, law). Proven experience in contract negotiation and management. Strong understanding of contract law and principles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with contract management software is a plus. Experience in the SEA, ANZ, or Taiwan regions is a plus.
