About the Role (your why) As a ServiceNow Technical Consultant - Contractor, in Datacom’s dedicated ServiceNow Practice, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional results for our clients. You will work closely with our customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions using ServiceNow. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: • Provide technical expertise on ServiceNow implementation projects, including configuration, testing, and deployment. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs. • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth. • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our delivery of services. What You'll Need: • 3+ years of experience in a technical consulting or implementation role, preferably with ServiceNow. • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and its various modules (e.g., IT, HR, Finance). • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues. • Experience working in an Agile environment is desirable.
