Contract Risk - Group Manager

We're Hiring: Contract Risk Location: Noida Education: LLB Experience: 14 Years No of position - 1 Responsibilities ✅ Key Responsibilities Act as the Contract SME and first point of contact for business functions during contracting lifecycle. Evaluate contractual risks and recommend controls for Information Security and compliance. Conduct risk assessments for new/existing clients and drive process improvements. Review legal documents with quick turnaround and minimal escalation. Train team members on contract management best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of contractual agreements, including terms and conditions. Provide expert guidance on contract-related matters. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to contract management. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the contracting lifecycle.
