We are looking for a talented Technical Recruiter to join us as a contractor and help us identify and engage top-tier talent to fuel our growth.
As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for roles in software development and engineering. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, understand technical requirements, and build strong pipelines of qualified candidates. Experience in the automotive industry is a significant plus, but not a requirement.
Requirements
- Proven experience recruiting for software development and software engineering roles.
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to identify talent in competitive markets.
- Familiarity with automotive technology or related industries is a big plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working as an independent contractor in a fast-paced environment.
