Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality mental health services to employees through remote and in-person sessions. • Collaborate with our clinical team to develop treatment plans and provide ongoing support to employees. • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify employee needs and develop personalized treatment plans. • Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and industry developments to continuously improve your skills and knowledge. Requirements: • Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology or related field. • Current licensure as a Psychotherapist / Psychologist (Minor Care Specialization) in India. • Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Psychotherapist / Psychologist (Minor Care Specialization). • Strong understanding of mental health issues and treatment approaches. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
