What are your daily tasks:

• Mentoring and coaching the contract management team
• Daily team planning, including making rosters, assigning tasks, and monitoring deadlines
• Reviewing and interpreting contracts and service agreements
• Maintaining customer contacts during contract changes and extensions
• Preliminary preparation of new contract proposals and recommendations for awards
• Negotiating with suppliers over conditions, price, and risks
• Monitoring contract compliance and service delivery according to agreements
• Advising on commercial and operational issues during the tender and contract phase
• Signaling process optimizations, risk minimization, and new business opportunities

What do you bring with you for this role:

• A WO- or HBO diploma, preferably in contract management, business administration, or technical
• Demonstrable leadership experience with performance, coaching, and recruitment
• Strong negotiation skills for both customer and supplier contracts
• Commercial insight and financial sharpness regarding margin monitoring and budget management
• Organizationally strong, process-oriented, and familiar with compliance/risk frameworks
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English; customer-oriented
• Experience with MS Office, primarily Excel, and contract management systems
