Contract Manager Vastgoedbeheer

We are looking for a Contract Manager Vastgoedbeheer for an innovative company in commercial real estate. You will be an administrative star with a keen eye for evaluating and optimizing contract proposals. With your customer-oriented approach and negotiation skills, you can effortlessly discuss terms, prices, and potential risks.

What are your daily tasks:

• Managing and coaching the contract management team
• Daily team planning, including making schedules, assigning tasks, and tracking deadlines
• Reviewing and interpreting contracts and service agreements
• Maintaining customer contacts during contract changes and extensions
• Preparing new contract proposals and recommending awards
• Negotiating with suppliers over terms, prices, and risks
• Monitoring contract compliance and service delivery according to agreements
• Advising on commercial and operational issues during the tender and contract phase
• Suggesting process optimizations, risk minimization, and new business opportunities

What do you bring to this role:

• A WO- or HBO diploma in contract management, business administration, or facilities
• Proven leadership experience with performance, coaching, and recruitment
• Strong negotiation skills for both customer and supplier contracts
• Commercial insight and financial acumen regarding margin tracking and budget management
• Organizational strength, process-oriented, and familiar with compliance/risk frameworks
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English; customer-oriented
• Experience with MS Office, primarily Excel, and contract management systems
