Contract Manager Site & OLO

We are looking for a Contract Manager Site & OLO who is responsible for operational contract management of network infrastructure services from third-party providers. Examples include rackspace, fiber patches and fiber tracés. You ensure that the purchased services and work agreements are in line with our network strategy and commercial business rules. The start date is January 1, 2024.

A quick overview of your potential new job

As a Contract Manager, you play a crucial role in all processes (setting up, managing, monitoring, executing, optimizing) related to third-party services. You ensure that these are delivered accurately and on time, conforming to guidelines and made contract agreements.

Your responsibilities:

• You work out the order procedures and corresponding instructions.
• You maintain relationships with third parties. You ensure that cooperation runs optimally so that made agreements are correctly followed up.
• You are responsible for setting up, monitoring, and evaluating cost-effectiveness and quality standards.
• You set up factoring processes and monitor their implementation. You ensure that these processes are in line with Eurofiber's payment guidelines and contract agreements, so that invoicing can be processed timely.
