Job description
- Preparing and following up on business plans and budgets
- Taking responsibility for P&L, productivity, and invoicing.
- Detecting customer needs and commercial opportunities (upselling, cross-selling).
- Making sure of a smooth operational execution of contracts and SLA's.
- Ensuring compliance with training, certifications, HR policy, CAO's, safety and health guidelines.
- Actively contributing to personnel planning, talent development, and retention.
- Maintaining constructive social relationships and representation in labor union negotiations.
- Quality control and administrative follow-up.
You report directly to the Area Director and work closely with HR, planning, quality, and other supporting departments.
