Hire Resolve's client in the Logistics Industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Contract Manager to join their team in Gauteng Responsibilities Effective management of operational processes and contracts/service Develop and maintain procedures which relate to day to day operational requirements Ensure proper routing of deliveries and scheduling of vehicles to achieve delivery targets as per customer requirements. Vehicle downtime is monitored, controlled and kept to a minimum Monitor fleet utilization and optimize routes for maximum efficiency. Coordinate with drivers and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods. Manage and maintain accurate records of all contracts/service agreements. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational performance and reduce costs. Identify and mitigate risks associated with contract management. Provide regular reports on contract performance and make recommendations for improvement. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
