Contract Manager

• Manage the lifecycle of contracts with contractors, builders, and suppliers;
• Perform frequent visits to construction sites for technical monitoring and delivery validation;
• Audit physical and financial measurements of works, ensuring alignment with Caixa's criteria;
• Manage and review technical documentation required by the MCMV program;
• Coordinate and ensure correct sending of documents via PLS – Simplified Legal Project to the Federal Savings Bank;
• Work together with the technical, legal, and financial teams to maintain contracts in compliance with legal and operational requirements;
• Control contractual deadlines, values, addendums, adjustments, and guarantees;
• Anticipate contractual and operational risks related to legalization, repays, and delivery of works;
• Implement performance indicators for contracts and work monitoring.

Requirements

• Superior education in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Administration, or related fields;
• Solid experience in contract management and construction site monitoring under the Minha Casa Minha Vida program;
• Mastery of Caixa's processes, especially PLS, measurements, and repays;
• Experience with simultaneous management of contracts and popular housing projects;
• Availability for constant visits to construction sites and direct contact with technical teams;
• Ability to organize, negotiate, and manage multiple active contracts.
