Contract Manager

A Global Talent, a recruitment and career management consultancy specializing in the real estate and infrastructure markets, is assisting Pacaembu in finding a Contract Manager to work in Cuiabá-MT or Sinop-MT.

Job Mission:

• Ensure strategic plans and actions for project development through competence management, ensuring health and safety at work, the environment, and contract compliance, guaranteeing the expected financial result, deadline, scope, and quality, following general procedures;
• Provide an adequate structure for project development, ensuring simultaneous satisfaction of the client and Pacaembu Construtora.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain SSTMA (Health, Safety, Environment) guidelines with a prevention and anticipation posture regarding inherent risks in activities exercised within your area of operation, installations, environment, and local community;
• Ensure that all tasks are performed according to the SSTMA procedure, participating and promoting DDS;
• Establish the best execution strategy for the project to ensure the expected financial result, deadline, scope, quality, and client satisfaction;
• Know the complete scope of the project regarding infrastructure, community equipment, housing, institutional areas, green spaces, and preservation areas. Having full knowledge of the Work Package received at the handover meeting;
• Be responsible for planning the work, controlling its execution, attending partial deadlines, mainly in quarterly closures, demonstrating physical progress through reports and graphs to provide decision-making support;
• Establish a strategy to meet project execution within established deadlines, positioning the Regional Manager on actions taken and to be taken;
• Manage the initial budget forecast for the work versus actual expenses to ensure maximum efficiency in price and material consumption;
• Manage and negotiate (with the accompaniment of higher-level alcalas) contracts with service providers (measurements, payments, rescission, and guarantee);
• Maintain periodic contact with the Regional Manager to position on project progress, negotiating specific issues related to execution that may be requested to meet demand and complete the project;
• Ensure compliance with Pacaembu's procedures and norms;
• Ensure compliance with quality system norms, aiming for a continuous improvement process and meeting customer needs;
• Regularly approve items such as measurements, contracts, purchase requests, payment lots, and written payments;
• Guarantee correct appropriations of acquired inputs and contracted services;
• Comply with current legislation (CLT, NR's, Civil Code, Criminal Code, Federal Constitution, Environmental Legislation, etc.) to ensure Pacaembu Construtora's Business Security.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture;
• Masters degree in the area will be a differential;
• Presence-based work in Cuiabá-MT or Sinop - MT;
