Key Responsibilities: Full accountability for contract performance, including profitability, compliance, and client satisfaction. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination. Identify and mitigate risks to contract performance. Develop and implement strategies to improve contract performance. Key Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience in a similar role or industry. Key Requirements: 2+ years of experience in a similar role or industry. Strong understanding of contract management principles and practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
