Job Title: Contract Manager Location: Newcastle Salary: £52,000 - £55,000 car allowance benefits Full-time | Permanent Our client is looking for a Contract Manager to join their team. You will take full ownership of contract performance, leading on profitability, compliance, and client satisfaction. This role is ideal for a self-driven individual who thrives in a high-volume, multi-site environment and is committed to delivering hard services to a high standard . Key Responsibilities: Full accountability for contract performance, including profitability, compliance, and client satisfaction. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination. Identify and mitigate risks to contract performance. Develop and implement strategies to improve contract performance. Key Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience in a similar role or industry. Key Requirements: 2+ years of experience in a similar role or industry. Strong understanding of contract management principles and practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Ability to work in a high-pressure environment. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.
