Key Responsibilities
- Manage head contracts and subcontract agreements from award to final account
- Prepare and process variations, progress claims, RFQs, and procurement documents
- Maintain accurate financial reporting and commercial documentation
- Support Project Managers with cost control and project performance
- Build strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and key stakeholders
- Experience as a Contracts Administrator on commercial builds (large-scale experience ideal)
- Strong understanding of procurement, contract law, and cost management
- Confident using Cheops, Aconex, or similar contract management systems
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment
- Perth-based with full Australian working rights
- Up to $180K + Super depending on experience
- A long-term, site-based role on a high-profile $100M+ Perth development
- Supportive commercial team with clear development pathways
- Exposure to a flagship project with strong architectural and technical significance
