Contract Administrator | Infrastructure

Job Description As a Commercial Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful commercial delivery of major infrastructure projects. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to align financial and contractual strategies with project goals. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Engage with commercial managers, contract administrators, technical advisors, clients, and contractors to ensure cohesive project delivery. Performance Monitoring : Analyse and report on commercial performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement. Contract Administration : Manage and administer contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and project requirements. Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams. Risk Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with commercial and contractual aspects of projects. Continuous Improvement : Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve commercial delivery and project outcomes. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful commercial delivery of major infrastructure projects, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to align financial and contractual strategies with project goals. You will also be responsible for managing and administering contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and project requirements, and building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. This role is critical to the successful delivery of major infrastructure projects and requires a strong understanding of commercial and contractual principles, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
