Contract Administrator

The Company This design-led builder, with offices in Sydney and Brisbane, delivers over $100M worth of projects nationally. Known for their forward-thinking approach, they invest heavily in the planning phase to drive smarter, more efficient project outcomes. With a strong reputation built alongside high-profile owners/developers, they deliver new builds and refurbishments across the commercial, hospitality and government sectors. Projects typically range between $1M – $40M. The Role Due to strategic growth, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for: • Coordinating and managing contracts and agreements with owners, developers, and stakeholders. • Providing administrative support to the project management team. • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of contracts, agreements, and project documentation. • Assisting in the preparation of project reports and financial statements. • Collaborating with the project management team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong background in contract administration. The successful candidate will possess: • A degree in a relevant field (e.g. construction, business, or law). • At least 3 years of experience in contract administration or a related field. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. • Familiarity with project management software and systems. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong commitment to delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines. • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. • Strong understanding of the construction industry and its processes. • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.
