Contract Administrator

Founded in 2020, Axial Constructions has established itself as a leading infrastructure and residential construction company across capital and regional areas in Australia.

We are looking for a Contract Administrator to join the Project Delivery Team based between our Bringelly Office and your allocated project site. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Project through the delivery of duties that deliver effective project outcomes.

As the Contract Administrator you will;

Participate in project meetings throughout the project lifecycle

Support project procurement through Tender activities

Manage all contract documentation for the project

Analyze budgets, cashflows and prepare reporting as required

Attend site to assess and verify progress claims

Manage internal and external relationships to ensure project outcomes

As the ideal applicant you will be:

Qualified in Project Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or possess equivalent experience

Must have experience in Residential and Educational Institute construction

Additional experience in multicultural community projects will be beneficial

High developed interpersonal and relationship management skills

Proven experience working with Trades, Suppliers, Consultants and external third parties
