Talentworx is seeking a proactive and results-driven Contract 2 Hire Recruiter / Team Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving recruitment efforts, managing a team of recruiters, and ensuring we attract top talent for our client's needs. You will play a crucial role in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating interviews and offers. Roles and Responsibilities • Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they meet their targets and deliver high-quality results. • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, leveraging various channels and tools to reach a diverse pool of candidates. • Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including phone and video interviews, to identify the most suitable candidates for our client's needs. • Facilitate interviews and offers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and clients. • Analyze and report on recruitment metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement to optimize our recruitment processes. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of our recruitment processes. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a high level of satisfaction and repeat business. • Participate in regular team meetings, sharing knowledge, ideas, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and team success. • Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.
