Continuous Improvement Team Member - Repairs (12 month Fixed Term)

Right now, there’s significant room to improve our repairs operation – turning it from complex and manual into something seamless, consistent and customer-friendly.

What you’ll be doing

• Take ownership of a critical 12-month project to overhaul our repairs process from start to finish
• Discovery: map every touchpoint, uncover pain points, identify inefficiencies, review repairs agents and supplier contracts and benchmark against best practice
• Delivery: recommend and implement solutions that streamline processes, improve systems, strengthen supplier partnerships, and remove frustration for customers and our team
• Ensure we meet all CGA requirements and commitments tied to RFPs with key insurance and commercial partners
