Continuous Improvement Manager

Evaluates current production processes and identifies areas where improvements can be made using Lean methods (Kaizen, VSM, SMED, Six Sigma etc.).

Coordinates improvement projects.

Generates and develops project proposals for reducing costs and improving product value, including: idea development, technical evaluations, root cause analysis, business plan documentation.

Creats solutions and procedures for improving current and future production processes.

Standardizes current production processes.

Designs actual and proposed layout in collaboration with process responsible.

Participates in internal and client-facing continuous improvement workshops when necessary.

Balances lines based on time analysis.

Provides support for launching new projects in production, pursuing specific objectives.

Maintains relationships between inter-departmental teams within the company, as well as with clients and suppliers, to implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Aids in finding weak points in processes.

Responsible for analyzing and optimizing processes;

Re-analyzes process after interventions;

Prepares specific project documentation.

Implements Lean manufacturing principles in the organization to improve process performance.

Ensures tracking of specific performance indicators.

Significant contribution to developing and achieving annual targets for reducing costs.

Requirements:

A graduate with technical studies;

Fluent English speaker;

Familiarity with common problem-solving tools (5WHY, Fishbone Diagram, FMEA, PDCA, etc.);

Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing;

Familiarity with time analysis, balancing lines, SMED;

Familiarity with technology design, technological flow;

Ability to analyze and resolve problems;

Knowledge of Autocad 2D project design program;

Advanced skills in making presentations;

Able to analyze KPIs from production.

Advanced knowledge of 5S, standardization, visual management.
