Continuous Improvement Intern (CI Intern) Rockwell Automation – Parque Industrial Finsa Guadalupe Responsibilities Support the identification, analysis, and improvement of manufacturing and administrative processes. Participate in continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing methodologies and tools. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Analyze data to identify opportunities for process optimization and waste reduction. Assist in the implementation of improvements and monitor their effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Develop skills in problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication. Participate in training sessions on Lean Manufacturing principles and tools. Contribute to the development of a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
