Continuous Improvement Coordinator

As a Continuous Improvement Coordinator, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve processes, reduce waste, increase efficiency and drive innovation across the organization. This role is critical in helping us achieve our goal of shaping a zero-accident future. Key responsibilities include: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that meet business needs. • Analyze data and metrics to measure process performance and identify opportunities for improvement. • Develop and implement process improvements, including design of experiments, statistical process control and lean manufacturing principles. • Work closely with operations, quality, and engineering teams to ensure effective implementation of new processes and procedures. • Provide training and coaching to employees on new processes and procedures. • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of process improvements. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and regulatory requirements to continuously improve our processes and stay ahead of the competition. We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about continuous improvement and has experience in a similar role or industry.
